Why join now?
- When you become a member, you also become an owner of a cooperatively run local store, a member-owned and member-controlled business that operates for the mutual benefit of all members. And, because Co-ops–and their money–are owned & controlled by their members, members provide the basic capital to start the Co-op.
- “Membership” means ownership–and Co-op ownership means putting your dollars where your values are: the cooperative system, healthy communities (Vision 2020), and supporting local farms and businesses.
- The Co-op’s profit is returned to its member-owners in proportion to the amount of business each member has conducted with the cooperative. Cooperatives keep money, jobs and profits in the local community.
- You have the opportunity to interact and connect with like-minded people who seek to support their community’s local living economy.
- You can achieve personal & professional growth while helping to develop and implement a cooperative business to benefit your family, friends and community.

*We process Co-op memberships on a weekly basis, and you should expect a Membership Confirmation letter in the mail within two weeks of when you joined.
